Rehoboth Beach

Together with the towns of Lewes, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, South Bethany and Fenwick Island it form the Delaware's beach resort and is one of the fastest developing and thickly populated area. Rehoboth has less of a history than Lewes, though its wooden boardwalk is one of the last on the east coast. It stretches along the Atlantic on either side of Rehoboth Avenue. Its four short blocks are clogged with souvenir shoppers browsing though an array of T-shirts and seaside ostentatious. Rehoboth Beach is located only two hours from Washington DC. The town is famous for its hospitality and beautiful beaches. The town has all the characteristics of a genuine small town.
